Lilly was incredible to work with. Our family of 5 traveled to Europe for the first time together this summer. Planning for multiple destinations--Rome, Tuscany, Paris, London, Edinburgh-- was overwhelming so we turned to Lilly for help. She made our dreams come true and held our hands during our trip until we got our travel legs under us, even helping us through a flat tire on a car rental in Italy on a Sunday night. The tours, hotels, and recommendations she offered were exactly what we were looking for and close to tourist destinations, so we didn't spend all of our time traveling to and from our hotels. The app she provided and multiple Zoom meetings to go over every detail of our trip helped us jump right into an amazing 3 weeks. From start to finish, my experience with Lilly and Lime Time Travel LLC was remarkably fantastic. I reached out to Lilly initially with quite the request. We knew we were going to Spain for a wedding, but also wanted to add-on as many countries and cities as possible in Europe, since we were already making the far journey across the Atlantic.

The trip ultimately ended up as 5 cities across 3 countries and a total of 6 flights. I consider myself very well versed in booking travel online, but this trip was too complex for me to even know where to start. However, Lilly was able to handle everything as a complete professional.

The difficult itinerary ended up as a complete success. My wife and I always knew where to go, how to get there, and when to arrive. The iPhone app that Lilly’s trip itinerary synced with indisputably made our adventure 100% easier and more efficient.

Working with Lilly went far beyond someone who could book flights, travel, and hotels for you. She was attentive, communicative, and really listened to our requests. We told her exactly the type of places we like to see when traveling and she made sure she recommended several for each location. I let her know how much we enjoy checking out local food, coffee, and bars and again she was able to recommend several spots for each in each city. I was even able to reach out to her directly from Europe on a few occasions when I had some last minute questions.

In the end, my travel experience with Lilly lasted from August 2021 with our initial consultation, through our trip ending in June 2022. At no point, did I ever feel I was working with a business or someone just trying to earn their fee. Working with Lilly was like telling a friend your dream vacation, and that friend taking it upon themselves to plan the whole thing out for you.

I would happily work with Lilly on any future travel plans again, and I highly recommend that anyone else consider doing the same. Thank you Lilly for being such a big part of one of the best experiences in my lifetime.
